ADHD VAULT LEGAL & POLICY DISCLOSURES

Effective date: July 8, 2026

Clear, honest terms for parents.

Complete transparency is our standard. Below you will find our medical disclaimer, privacy practices, and terms of service designed to protect your family.

ADHD Vault LLC ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your

What we collect

When you sign up for our free tools, newsletter, or membership, we collect your email address and name. If you become a paying member, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your payment details — we never see or store your full card number. We also collect basic analytics (pages visited, general location, device type) to improve the site.

How we use it

To send you the resources you requested, deliver membership content, respond to you, process payments, and improve our tools. We do not sell your personal information.

Information about your teen

Some tools let you record notes about your child (for example, IEP details or communication logs). This information is yours. You enter it, you control it, and it's stored securely. We do not use it for advertising or share it, and we recommend you enter only what you need.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that run our business — email delivery, payment processing (Stripe), hosting, and analytics — and only as needed to operate. We may disclose information if required by law.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from emails anytime via the link in any email. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by emailing hello@adhdvault.com. Depending on where you live (for example, California or the EU/UK), you may have additional rights, which we honor.

Cookies

We use cookies for basic functionality and analytics. See our Cookie Policy below for details.

Children

Our products are for parents, not children. The site and membership are intended for adults 18+. We do not knowingly collect data directly from children.

Changes

We may update this policy; we'll revise the date above. Questions: hello@adhdvault.com.

Privacy Policy

By using adhdvault.com and the ADHD Vault app (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service. The Service is provided by ADHD Vault LLC, Maryland, USA. Contact: hello@adhdvault.com.

What ADHD Vault is

ADHD Vault provides practical tools, templates, scripts, courses, and app features for parents of ADHD teenagers. It is an informational and organizational product created by a parent with an MPH — it is not legal advice, medical or psychological treatment, diagnosis, or school-advocacy representation. See our Disclaimer below.

Accounts

When the app launches, you'll create an account. You're responsible for your login and for the accuracy of the information you provide. You must be 18 or older and a parent or guardian to purchase.

Membership, free trial & billing

Membership is offered at $23.99/month or $239.99/year (founding price; prices may change for new members with notice). New members start a 7-day free trial. A payment method is required to begin. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your card is charged when the trial ends (day 8) and each billing period after. Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops the next charge and access continues to the end of the paid period. Payments are processed by Stripe. Taxes may apply.

Refunds

See our Refund Policy below, which is part of these Terms.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Service: no reselling, redistributing, or publicly posting our paid content; no reverse-engineering; no unlawful use; no uploading content you don't have the right to share.

Intellectual property

All content — tools, templates, courses, the 4R Vault Method™, text, graphics, and software — is owned by ADHD Vault LLC or its licensors. Your membership gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own family, not to redistribute it.

AI features

AI-assisted features generate suggestions from your inputs and our library. Output may contain errors and is not professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to use any AI-generated content.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ADHD Vault LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination & governing law

We may suspend or end access for violations of these Terms; you may stop using the Service anytime. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. Contact: hello@adhdvault.com.

Terms of Service

Please read this carefully. ADHD Vault is created by Teresa S., who holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) and is the parent of an ADHD teenager. ADHD Vault shares tools, strategies, and information based on lived experience and published research.

ADHD Vault is not a substitute for professional advice. Specifically:

Not medical or psychological advice

We are not your (or your child's) doctor, therapist, psychiatrist, or clinician. Nothing here diagnoses, treats, or manages any condition. Content about ADHD, medication, RSD, or mental health is educational only. Always consult a qualified professional for medical or mental-health decisions.

Not legal or advocacy representation

Our IEP/504 and school-advocacy tools are informational templates and organizers. We are not attorneys or educational advocates, and using our materials does not create any professional relationship. For legal questions about your child's rights, consult a qualified attorney or advocate in your area.

Medication content

Any mention of medication is general information, not a recommendation. Medication decisions must be made with a licensed prescriber.

AI-generated suggestions

Some features use AI to summarize documents, draft letters, or answer questions. These are starting points for an informed parent to review — not professional advice — and may be incomplete or wrong. Always review before relying on or sending them.

Crisis situations

ADHD Vault is not a crisis service. If you or your teen are in danger or experiencing a mental-health emergency, call or text 988 (the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline in the US) or your local emergency number immediately.

By using ADHD Vault, you acknowledge that you are responsible for how you use the information and tools, and that outcomes vary from family to family. Questions: hello@adhdvault.com.

Disclaimer

Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident starting ADHD Vault.

The free trial

New members start with a 7-day free trial. A payment method is required to start. If ADHD Vault isn't right for you, cancel anytime before the trial ends and you won't be charged. You can cancel in your account settings.

After the trial

When the trial ends, your card is charged for the plan you chose ($23.99/month or $239.99/year), and it auto-renews each period.

  • Monthly: cancel anytime; cancellation stops your next charge, and you keep access until the end of the current month. We don't provide partial-month refunds.

  • Annual: because the trial lets you try before paying, annual payments are generally non-refundable after the trial. If something went wrong (a billing error, or you were charged after canceling), email us within 14 days and we'll make it right.

How to cancel

Cancel anytime from your account settings, or email hello@adhdvault.com and we'll help. Canceling stops future charges; it does not retroactively refund a period already used.

Billing errors

If you think you were charged in error, contact hello@adhdvault.com within 14 days and we'll review promptly.

Digital products on Etsy

Low-cost printable tools sold through our Etsy shop are subject to Etsy's policies and, as instant digital downloads, are generally non-refundable.
