HE STORY BEHIND ADHD VAULT

I built the thing I couldn't find.

I'm Teresa — a mom of an ADHD teenager, and I have a Master's in Public Health. For years those two things lived in separate worlds. At work I knew how to read research and build systems. At home, at 8pm, none of it helped when my son melted down over homework and I didn't have the words.

Everything I found online was written for parents of little kids, or buried in clinical language, or was just one more thing to read when I was already drowning. So I started building what I actually needed: the exact next move for the hard moments — grounded in real research, but written by a parent who's lived them.

Not a course. Not more theory.

ADHD Vault is a solution company, not an education company. Every piece of it is a tool — a script, a template, a tracker — you can use the same day. Because parents of ADHD teens don't need more to study at 11pm. They need to know what to do right now.

I speak as a parent first, always. I share what worked. I ground the brain-science in named research. And I'm careful about what I'm not: not a therapist, not a doctor, not a lawyer — an informed parent handing you the next move.
