1 · PRIVACY POLICY

Last updated: June 2026

ADHD Vault LLC ("ADHD Vault," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, how we protect it, and the choices you have.

Who we are

ADHD Vault LLC, a Maryland limited liability company. Contact: hello@adhdvault.com.

What we collect

  • Information you give us: your email address (when you request free tools or updates), your name if you provide it, and any content you enter into the app once it launches (for example, notes, logs, or documents you upload).
  • Payment information: when the app launches, payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number; Stripe handles it under its own security and privacy terms.
  • Automatically collected: basic analytics (pages visited, general location, device/browser type) via cookies and tools such as Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel, to understand traffic and improve the site.

Information about your teen / minor-related data

Some app features let you record information related to your child (for example, IEP details or school communications). You enter this as the parent/guardian. We treat this information as sensitive, restrict access to it, and do not sell it.

How we use it

To send you the free tools and emails you requested; to operate and improve the site and app; to process payments; to provide customer support; and to comply with law. We send marketing emails only to people who opted in, and every email has an unsubscribe link.

AI features

Some app features use artificial intelligence to help summarize documents you upload, draft suggested letters, or answer questions from our content library. These outputs are suggestions for an informed parent, not legal, medical, or clinical advice. Content you submit to these features may be processed by third-party AI providers to generate a response; we do not use it to train public models. Review any AI-generated content before you rely on or send it.

Cookies

We use cookies for basic site function and analytics/advertising measurement. You can control cookies through your browser settings and our cookie banner. Declining analytics cookies won't stop you from using the site.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (for example, MailerLite for email, Stripe for payments, our hosting and analytics providers, and AI providers for the features above), and only as needed to provide the service, or when required by law.

Your choices

  • Unsubscribe from emails anytime via the link in any email.
  • Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by emailing hello@adhdvault.com.
  • Depending on where you live (for example, the EU/UK or certain US states), you may have additional rights; contact us to exercise them.

Data retention & security

We keep information only as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law, and we use reasonable measures to protect it. No online service can be 100% secure.

Children

The site and app are intended for parents and guardians (adults), not for use by children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy; the "last updated" date will change. Material changes will be noted on this page.

2 · TERMS OF SERVICE

Last updated: June 2026

By using adhdvault.com or the ADHD Vault app and membership (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

Who we are

The Service is provided by ADHD Vault LLC, Maryland, USA. Contact: hello@adhdvault.com.

What ADHD Vault is

ADHD Vault provides practical tools, templates, scripts, courses, and app features for parents of ADHD teenagers. It is an informational and organizational product created by a parent with an MPH — it is not legal advice, medical or psychological treatment, diagnosis, or school-advocacy representation. See our Disclaimer.

Accounts

When the app launches, you'll create an account. You're responsible for your login and for the accuracy of information you provide. You must be 18 or older and a parent/guardian to purchase.

Membership, free trial & billing

  • Membership is offered at $23.99/month or $239.99/year (founding price; prices may change for new members with notice).
  • New members start a 7-day free trial. A payment method is required to begin the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your card is charged when the trial ends (day 8) and then each billing period thereafter.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops the next charge and access continues until the end of the paid period.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. Taxes may apply based on your location.

Refunds

See our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Service: no reselling, redistributing, or publicly posting our paid content; no reverse-engineering; no unlawful use; no uploading content you don't have the right to share.

Intellectual property

All content — tools, templates, courses, the 4R Vault Method™, text, graphics, and software — is owned by ADHD Vault LLC or its licensors. Your membership gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own family, not to redistribute it.

AI features

AI-assisted features generate suggestions from your inputs and our library. Output may contain errors and is not professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to use any AI-generated content.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ADHD Vault LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination

We may suspend or end access for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Service anytime.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them

3 · REFUND POLICY

Last updated: June 2026

The free trial

New members start with a 7-day free trial. A payment method is required to start. If ADHD Vault isn't right for you, cancel anytime before the trial ends and you won't be charged. You can cancel in your account settings.

After the trial

When the trial ends, your card is charged for the plan you chose ($23.99/month or $239.99/year), and it auto-renews each period.

  • Monthly: you can cancel anytime; cancellation stops your next charge, and you keep access until the end of the current month. We don't provide partial-month refunds.
  • Annual: because the trial lets you try before paying, annual payments are generally non-refundable after the trial. If something went wrong (for example, a billing error or you were charged after canceling), email us within 14 days and we'll make it right.

How to cancel

Cancel anytime from your account settings, or email hello@adhdvault.com and we'll help. Canceling stops future charges; it does not retroactively refund a period already used.

Billing errors

If you think you were charged in error, contact hello@adhdvault.com within 14 days and we'll review promptly.

Digital products on Etsy

Low-cost printable tools sold through our Etsy shop are subject to Etsy's policies and, as instant digital downloads, are generally non-refundable.

4 · DISCLAIMER

Last updated: June 2026

Please read this carefully.

ADHD Vault is created by Teresa S., who holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) and is the parent of an ADHD teenager. ADHD Vault shares tools, strategies, and information based on lived experience and published research.

ADHD Vault is not a substitute for professional advice. Specifically:

  • Not medical or psychological advice. We are not your (or your child's) doctor, therapist, psychiatrist, or clinician. Nothing here diagnoses, treats, or manages any condition. Content about ADHD, medication, RSD, or mental health is educational only. Always consult a qualified professional for medical or mental-health decisions.
  • Not legal or advocacy representation. Our IEP/504 and school-advocacy tools are informational templates and organizers. We are not attorneys or educational advocates, and using our materials does not create any professional relationship. For legal questions about your child's rights, consult a qualified attorney or advocate in your area.
  • Medication content. Any mention of medication is general information, not a recommendation. Medication decisions must be made with a licensed prescriber.
  • AI-generated suggestions. Some features use AI to summarize documents, draft letters, or answer questions. These are starting points for an informed parent to review — not professional advice — and may be incomplete or wrong. Always review before relying on or sending them.
  • Crisis situations. ADHD Vault is not a crisis service. If you or your teen are in danger or experiencing a mental-health emergency, call or text 988 (the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline in the US) or your local emergency number immediately.

By using ADHD Vault, you acknowledge that you are responsible for how you use the information and tools, and that outcomes vary from family to family.

5 · COOKIE & TRACKING POLICY

Last updated: June 2026

This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies we use on adhdvault.com and in the app

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site function, remember your choices, and let us understand how the site is used. Similar technologies (like pixels and tags) work the same way.

The types of cookies we use

  • Essential cookies. Needed for the site to work — page loading, security, and remembering your cookie choices. These can't be switched off.
  • Analytics cookies. Help us understand traffic and improve the site — for example, Google Analytics (GA4), which tells us which pages are visited and roughly where visitors come from. This data is aggregated.
  • Advertising / measurement cookies. Help us measure and improve our marketing — for example, the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel, which lets us see whether visitors who came from our social posts or ads took an action, and to show relevant ads. We turn these on to prepare for advertising.

Your choices

When you first visit, our cookie banner lets you accept or decline non-essential (analytics and advertising) cookies. You can change your mind anytime by clearing cookies in your browser or adjusting your browser settings. Declining non-essential cookies won't stop you from using the site — some features may simply be less personalized.

Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies through their settings. To opt out of Google Analytics specifically, you can use Google's browser opt-out add-on.

Third-party tools we use

  • Google Analytics (GA4) — site analytics.
  • Meta Pixel — advertising measurement.
  • MailerLite — powers our site, forms, and emails, and may set cookies needed for those to function.

These providers process data under their own privacy policies.

Changes

We may update this policy as our tools change; the "last updated" date will change accordingly.
