Some app features let you record information related to your child (for example, IEP details or school communications). You enter this as the parent/guardian. We treat this information as sensitive, restrict access to it, and do not sell it.
To send you the free tools and emails you requested; to operate and improve the site and app; to process payments; to provide customer support; and to comply with law. We send marketing emails only to people who opted in, and every email has an unsubscribe link.
Some app features use artificial intelligence to help summarize documents you upload, draft suggested letters, or answer questions from our content library. These outputs are suggestions for an informed parent, not legal, medical, or clinical advice. Content you submit to these features may be processed by third-party AI providers to generate a response; we do not use it to train public models. Review any AI-generated content before you rely on or send it.
We use cookies for basic site function and analytics/advertising measurement. You can control cookies through your browser settings and our cookie banner. Declining analytics cookies won't stop you from using the site.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (for example, MailerLite for email, Stripe for payments, our hosting and analytics providers, and AI providers for the features above), and only as needed to provide the service, or when required by law.
We keep information only as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law, and we use reasonable measures to protect it. No online service can be 100% secure.
The site and app are intended for parents and guardians (adults), not for use by children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.
We may update this policy; the "last updated" date will change. Material changes will be noted on this page.

New members start with a 7-day free trial. A payment method is required to start. If ADHD Vault isn't right for you, cancel anytime before the trial ends and you won't be charged. You can cancel in your account settings.
When the trial ends, your card is charged for the plan you chose ($23.99/month or $239.99/year), and it auto-renews each period.
Cancel anytime from your account settings, or email hello@adhdvault.com and we'll help. Canceling stops future charges; it does not retroactively refund a period already used.
